The acupuncture point "GB 32" , 中瀆, is represented by "Zhong Du" in pinyin and "Central River" in english and may be found:
On the lateral aspect of the thigh, 5 cun above the popliteal crease, 2 cun below GB 31, between the tendons of vastus lateralis and biceps femoris.
Of many possible clinical applications, it may be considered to influence the following issues/symptoms:
- Local Point.
While not necessarily valid clinically, ST 32 (ST 31, ST 32 & ST 33 are all useful for Bi-Sy…) and ST 43 (Similar actions to ST 44 but used less often - wi…) are nearby.
