- Window of the Sky Point, fullness of the chest, counterflow qi, headache, axillary sweating, blurred vision.
- Breast disorders, insufficient lactation.

Many with knee and back problems find meditating in the lotus or half lotus positions impossible, but this bench allows for proper and effortless back alignment during meditation.
