Restless hands and feet

hello

I have a client who has been complaining about restless feet she feels the desire to scratch or rub them on a rough surface now she had developed the same in her hands! any ideas of what this could be and the best way to treat it?

Walking on Pebbles

Hi,

Sounds like this could have many causes and therefore many possible treatments - could you give more detail - esp what is the client's mental state, general health, are hands and feet numb or cold etc.

Have had results for similar in the past by having client walk on pebbles barefoot - helps to provide the nerve stimulation sometimes desired...  Could also be a sign of other neurological cause or blood deficiency..
