Our local newspaper recently wrote a story by us, the overall mission of the Yin Yang House and our move to the southside of Chattanooga.  It was a well written article that will help people understand more about where Chinese Medicine is coming from and what it has to offer.  To read the full article, click here.

Master Vincent Chu is a well known and accomplished Yang Style Tai Chi master.  He has written a number of texts and contributes regularly to various martial arts magazines along with teaching around the world.  Within his latest publications, which is best for people already practicing Tai Chi, he discusses very detailed information about Tai Chi and then explores these deep concepts by comparing large frame, medium frame and small frame movements.
