feeling pain when hot or cold water or any thing comes in contact of left part of body below chest to foot and burning sense in the left foot

When sp4 point is needled or … Right hand feels sore

How long has this been happening? and does it happen every time or does it happen sporadically? What other health issues? Diabetic?
