The acupuncture point "LV 10" , 足五里, is represented by "Zu Wu Li" in pinyin and "Foot Five Li" in english and may be found:

3 cun below ST 30 at the proximal end of the thigh and lateral border of adductor longus (1 cun below LV 11).


Of many possible clinical applications, it may be considered to influence the following issues/symptoms:

  • Local point.

While not necessarily valid clinically, ST 31 (ST 31, ST 32 & ST 33 are all useful for Bi-Sy…) are nearby.
