Nuo Dao Gen Xu TCM Herb Classifications and Usages

The TCM herb "nuo dao gen xu" which in english is "glutinous rice root", is categorized within the "herbs that stabilize and bind" functional grouping. It is thought to enter the kidney and lung channels and exhibits neutral (ping) and sweet (gan) taste/temperature properties.
