Generally speaking besides possible mild improvement in circulation I don’t believe acupressure or reflexology would add much to a potentially serious condition as PAD. To treat PAD you need to treat the underlying atherosclerosis and acupuncture and/or Chinese herbal medicine are far superior in this regard certainly over what you can accomplish with acupressure. Diet change would also be important.

I strongly suggest you find an acupuncturist who also practices Chinese herbal medicine in your area and work closely with them for 3-6 months and see how you do.
