What do her tongue and pulse indicate and what is your TCM diagnosis?

Along with your excellent acupuncture treatment, I always recommend a simple modified shoulder stand yoga posture for the patient every day for the first 30 days then, regularly after that. For older or less coordinated patients, lying on the back with feet flat on the ground and knees bent, gently tuck the chin onto the chest to slow circulation thru the neck area; slowly raise the hips as high as possible and hold for 30 sec - 60 seconds; slowly bring the hips back to the floor and slowly release the chin; extend the legs and place palms up in savasana/rest pose for at least 60 sec preferably 2-3 minutes.
