This would depend greatly on your patient. Personally, I don't use/rely on auricular points for depression. For our protocols you could start by reading our Chinese Medicine treatment of Depression section.

Auricular points that can be helpful would be:

Anti-Depressant 1

Master Cerebral

Point Zero

Shen Men

Autonomic

Master Oscillation

Ht7 is the best point to kill depression, some people wear tight bracelet also helpful.

I find this combination useful for depression:

Heart 7

Spleen 3

Du 20

If there is Chi stagnation I would add Liver 3 San Jiao 6.
