I have cervical dystonia which causes just my head to shake. I would like to know what chinese herbs I can take and general doses .I am also planning on doing accupuncture. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you

You should first find a licensed acupuncturist who also practices Chinese herbal medicine and then after your first few treatments they will be able to advise you herbally. Formulas are chosen by your diagnostic pattern in Chinese Medicine terms, not by your western symptoms which are functionally tangential information. See “treating the cause and not the symptoms” and “how to choose a formula” for more on that.
