By downloading data you lose the richness of the site, which is in the cross links, but if you are doing it for bandwidth purposes and/or poor internet connectivity, etc. there are any number of offline readers for chrome and other web browsers that you can look up and use. On google search “offline browsing chrome” and you will get some ideas.
