DVT Lower Left Limb in Teenager

Can Acupressure help cure DVT of left lower limb in children about 19 years old. If yes, What are the Acupressure points. As of now, it is being treated with anti coagulants but despite partial recanalization of femoral vein, early signs of vericosities on the thigh and near ankle have started appearing. The patient has been found to be suffering from Factor V Leiden Mutation (single copy) and is also on vit B12 & Folate.

Generally I would say acupressure would not be very useful and possibly harmful for DVT. Chinese Medicine (i.e. acupuncture and properly prescribed herbal medicine) can be quite helpful, however, but you will need to consult with a practitioner in your area who is trained in both.
