I am a student of Therapeutic Reflexology and The Meridians and Element Theory. I have a question relating to the making Facial Assessments. Looking at the Spleen/Pamcreas and Stomach Meridians (Earth Element), what if anything does the groove or furrow in the ear lobe indicate?

If I'm understanding you correctly you are looking for information on a diagonal groove that appears over the lobe? That is linked with the potential for heart disease by most accounts.

Well in western medicine that area has been linked with both heart disease and diabetes so a relationship with the spleen in TCM terms would make perfect sense.
