Feeling Pain in the base of my right hand middle finger

That could arise from any number of causes from local joint issues (arthritis, etc.) to carpal tunnel or structural/nerve issues arising from a local area, farther up the arm, or even the neck.  The best way to tackle something like this is to consult directly with an acupuncturist in your area and let them physically inspect you, ask about your history, etc.  Generally speaking, this type of issue is very commonly treated.
