Glandular Fever and Hepatitis

Hi,

My sister is suffering from hepatitis and glandular fever. I was wondering what I can do? Like what points will help her and help me build up a good immune system so I dont catch it.

All suggestions are welcome.

What type of hepatitis does she have (B,C,?) and how long has she had the mono?
