Can Chinese medicine help with bronchiectasis?

Yes Chinese medicine should be able to help. Many of the symptoms of bronchiectasis seem to overlap with the pattern know as lung damp heat in Chinese medicine. A combination of acupuncture and herbal therapies would be best. For actual treatment you would need to see a local practitioner because both the acupuncture and herbal therapy would need to be customized. There is no set treatment, in terms of herbal formula or acupuncture point protocols, for bronchiectasis or any other specific western condition.
