Iron deficency anemia

By Archived User | Updated: Dec 31, 2021 | Published: Dec 31, 2021

I have been seeing a hematologist at my request to my primary physician. I looks like I have Iron deficiency anemia. They tell me it’s common. What could the TCM issue there be? I’m a little confused by stagnation and statis. Of blood or chi. I guess this can be happening (stagnation) in the organs or meridians. Or Jin mo.

It is generally spleen and/or liver blood deficiency. It is usually well treated (with the proper TCM diagnosis of course) via Chinese Medicine.
