Hello! My mother in law has an appointment tomorrow at 10:45 with Chad. She has called trying to cancel and unfortunately gets confused. She needs to cancel but does not want to be charged the $75 fee, she just wants to reschedule. She has had a dental emergency and they can work her in tomorrow. Please let me know if she can cancel and not be charged. Thank you!
