That said, for the proper treatment of OA in my opinion you would be far better served with a proper combination of body acupuncture points, tuina and Chinese herbal medicine in nearly every case. The primary thing you want to treat is to stop the progress of arthritis generally in your body, not focus too much on the areas that are already damaged. You can do that as well, of course, but your results will be very limited if you do not treat deeply and systematically.
