I wouldn’t recommend using any kind of electric stimulation on the face. In fact so far as I was taught it is contraindicated to use any electric stim on the face (the scalp is different). Among other reasons the skin in thinner and much more sensitive and even using lower voltages is likely to be uncomfortable. That and so far as I know there is no clinical benefit whatsoever in applying electric stim for cosmetic acupuncture (on the face or elsewhere).
