Ok. What are you asking specifically? Herbal approaches, acupuncture approaches, just generally whether acupuncture can be helpful?
Generally, but far from always, these would be considered damp-heat issues in Chinese Medicine and treatment would be tailored directly to the individual (i.e. no fixed protocols). There are often dietary issues that need to be addressed and, ultimately, metabolic issues as well. You should consult with someone directly in your area to get to the root issues. A read of “My spleen is what?” may also be interesting.
