What are the auricular acupressure points for sleep apnea?

By Archived User | Updated: Dec 31, 2021 | Published: Dec 31, 2021

I keep reading about this great study for using auricular acupressure for sleep apnea, but none of the points used in the study are mentioned. They all talk about stimulating the muscles of the upper respiratory airways but don’t give any details. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/14626187

You would have to find the full text of the study, which as it states is in Chinese (so if you can’t read Chinese you’ll have to find someone to translate it for you as well). To get the full text you’ll have to contact your local library or acupuncture schools library to see if they can obtain a copy for you - more than likely, however, you’ll have to pay for the full text.
