Our policy is simple...  we do not share your information with anyone - ever.

For viewers of our site:  We do use display ads from google adsense and use other tools such as link sharing utilities which may, without interaction from us, track your activity.  Even with our use of those tools, however, none of your personal information such as your email address is ever shared from our site to any 3rd party.  Further, no internal user of our site besides development staff has access to any personal information.

For purchases from our store:  Your information is transmitted fully encrypted to our merchant account providers and 3rd party shipping providers as necessary to fulfill your order.

While we make every effort to protect your personal information - by using this site, you are agreeing to release Chad J. Dupuis and the Yin Yang House from any and all liability should any type of personal information be stolen or accessed and used by a 3rd party.

To have your account completely erased at any time, please use our contact us form and request account removal.  Upon request, we will remove all relationships with your account but may leave comments, etc. on our site as appropriate - marked as an anonymous user.  If you have used a facebook login on our site you can remove the login connection (we never have access to or store any of your facebook information) by going to your facebook profile, click ”Settings", then go to "Apps and Websites” and you will see all of your connection, select the option box next to "Yin Yang House" and click the "Remove” button.
