Our general approach is described on our tam healing for hiatal hernia page. The points referenced there would likely be blended with appropriate points for their underlying diagnosis (whatever you find that that is for the individual) with the possible addition of moxibustion at appropriate points.

I have this problem for years… at last I am going to try this route also do you know anybody acupuncturist of your caliber you recommend here in uk (London) do you have seminars or lectures in Europe about tcm acupuncture. And tong ren therapy… are you considering doing that here one day? it will be exciting '!
