That is just not at all how acupuncture works nor how you would approach speech issues with autism. I would suggest you read “treating the cause vs. the symptoms” to get an idea of how we approach conditions in Chinese Medicine. Autism can certainly be helped with both acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine, but treatment needs to be properly tailored to the individual and is never based on chasing after individual symptoms.
