Anxiety and mild panic attack

Hi, I am looking for traditional Chinese medicine that could help with anxiety and mild panic attacks that lead to difficulties with breathing , please suggest, Thank you

Yes, of course, but as with all things in Chinese Medicine the western names for the symptoms are functionally useless in the paradigm of diagnoses used for choosing appropriate treatment (see “treating the cause vs. the symptoms” for more on that).

In short, what this means is that you need to consult directly with a practitioner to get proper care and whatever would work for you now needs to be monitored as your improve because you will likely need something else and then ultimately nothing. It’s is more of a process of healing than symptomatic management which is so often the case in western medicine.
