It’s been almost 2 and a half years my daughter has been suffering with restlessness at night and seizures on average 1 a week which all coincided with the onset of puberty. I’ve been to several doctors including a holistic doctor and nothing has really helped. I would love to know of a TCM doctor who specializes in this area.

Without sounding like any practitioner will be able to help, this range of issues is very commonly treated within Chinese Medicine. I would find someone local to you and expect to work with them for 3-6 months at least. There is an enormous amount that can be done with both acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine - ideally both together. Ensure that the practitioner you use practices both acupuncture and herbal medicine.
