Neurological conditions, stroke, and related issues are treatable with acupuncture but they require skilled practitioners. You are not listed on the site as a practitioner so I am concerned about offering recommendations for points to someone not fully trained in the application of acupuncture and related theories. Acupuncture, improperly applied, can cause harm or at best have little to no effect. I recommend you find someone in you area skilled in these techniques.

That said, the acupuncture treatment for stroke section should give you an idea of the theory behind treatment of these conditions and points that are commonly used.
