From a Chinese Medicine perspective read and understand the differential diagnoses within Acupuncture for Low Back Pain. From a western medicine perspective any pain that travels from the back to the leg is generally nerve/disc related (i.e. herniated disc, or worse) - but there are also many other possible causes.
