I suffered from cervical spondilosys since 2005, but some physio therapy and yago poses saved me so far. Recently I feel pain in (the lower and right parts) of the neck for about one month.

I reqest suggestions from Acupressurists.

    Our acupuncture for neck pain article has some general points to use most of which can be used as acupressure. Complete treatment from a fully trained Chinese Medicine doctor, however, is strongly advised. Ideally someone who does acupuncture, tuina (Chinese Medical Massage) and cupping. You will most likely improve much faster with more complete treatment.
