Neck pain for acupuncture

I heard an acupuncture treatment will be better for chronic neck pain.

i am just wondering there are some TCM words difficult to understand.

What is TCM diseases diagnosis and TCM dyndrome differentiation ?
there are a lot of BL, Heart, SI, something like Qi deficiency
Chronic fatigue will be at TCM disease diagnosis ?
