Possible injury from accupucnture

I would like some advice pls to put my mind at rest.

I had accupucnture 2 months ago.

The practitioner did it in a hurrybin a busy clinic and it was my first time .

I had 3 needles out in my head . The two temples and between my eyebrows.

When I came home about an hour later my right temple swelled and felt very tender and was bruised.

Over the course of the next two months the swelling has subsided with the help of taking prednisolone reluctantly.

But I have burning sensation inside the temple area. Very hard to explain. Tingling kind of numbness that goes from temple into eyebrow,cheekbone ,back of head behind ear 

Something doesn't feel right or normal.

I have had a ct scan but without iodine contrast.i refused it but was later told it won't pick up damage to vein or nerves.

Thinking to have a Doppler ultrasound.

Pls advice what possible could of happened or what treatment I should seek.

I feel very distressed.

Please help
