Acupressure point for headache during pregnancy?

I was wondering if there is an acupressure point to treat headaches that is safe to use in pregnancy?

There are many. The proper points to use for acupressure would depend on where the headaches are primarily located. First, read the acupuncture points that are contraindicated with pregnancy. Then you read the acupuncture for headaches article, particularly the first part titled "general treatment points by location". That should give you all of the information you need to help with acupressure.
