Now generally speaking gray hair is often related to what we call the kidney system (see “My kidneys are what?”. In this system what we would call kidney qi deficiency can be related to graying hair - but there are many other causes that will have very different treatment points and intents.

Your best results will come from seeing a practitioner in your local area and finding out an appropriate diagnosis for you - then they will be able to guide you towards useful point protocols.
