Alzheimers and hair loss

By Archived User | Updated: Dec 31, 2021 | Published: Dec 31, 2021

I have noticed in 2 cases of patients with alzheimers that both patients seem to have a short term hairloss, about 1.5-2 inches in dia. and only two patches of baldness on the head. The rest of the head is full of hair which seems normal. After a brief period of about 6 weeks the hair returns in these spots but is now Very white in color.
Has anyone else noticed similer findings?
I find this unusal and would like any information anyone has about the subject.
Thank you.

I haven't noticed that in my alzheimers patients particularly, but it would fit with an overall KD Qi/Jing Deficiency pattern. The Kidneys playing a role in the hair, nails, bones, etc. White hair in particular is a strong sign of a KD deficiency.
