My father had operation of the tumor in the bladder which was removed report of biopsy has confirmed that he had a rare cancerous tumor which was attached to bladder muscle and which the doctors only removed part of the tumor and left the part which went deep in the muscle.
Please suggest treatment for this

I could give the most general of recommendations. But honestly you need to see a practitioner locally who has experience using TCM to treat cancer. Treatments for conditions of this nature need to be frequent and for a fairly long duration and generally speaking you will do best with both acupuncture and herbal medicine - not just herbal medicine.
