Carpal tunnel + back pain when sleeping

Hey all!

So I have a person who has bilateral carpal tunnel but the right side is worse because that the dominant hand. There is pain and numbness and at night awakening from the pain/asleep hand.

I’ve been hearing a lot about using upper points to treat CTS such as points in the shoulder/back area. I am curious as to which points everyone is using with success because this person also experiences pain in the upper back region when sleeping on the left side.

Thoughts?
