I was told I had Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency and prescribed Creon. I’m assuming this is due to Chronic Pancreatitis as I have had problems after eating for three years. Can you tell me if there is anything you could offer that could get rid of the Pancreatitis and EPI permanently.

There is nothing that we can recommend online in a public forum for you. You should consult directly with an acupuncturist who also practices Chinese herbal medicine in your area and expect to receive treatment for at least 3-5 months.
There is much that can be done to help people with pancreatitis, but the treatment has to be directly tailored to the individual and monitored closely - additionally acupuncture itself is an important part of the process, instead of working from a solely herbal perspective.
