Ear lobe pain

Hi,

Due to my lung operation last year, I got some nerves damage along my KD Meridian especially in the area of my right chest and breast. It's mixture of numbness, sensitivity and pain. It got worse after my morning exercise - I may be did it roughly. And since yesterday I am having sharp pain on my right ear lobe which is quite annyoing. Now I wonder if these two problems/pains correlate? Or if this ear lobe sharp pain relates to my recent spleen disorder (I have been feeling pain below my left rib cage and suspect if my spleen got enlarged)? Thank you very much.
