Erectile dysfuncion or ED

i have some treatment for this problem in the way of sound waves to the penis. It has helped to the extent that a women could pull it and make me cum. But before this treatment a women would masturbate with my penis and nothing would happen no erection and if i did it to myself it would be very hard to do. so know after to treatment with the sound wave i can masturbate and a women can do it for me to but it never really gets fully hard as for having sex if, well i am not really confident because i first would have to play with it to get it a certain hardness and then would have to hope it stays hard during sex. but then changing positions it wouldn't stay hard enough to do this just a semi hardness cause the blood flow isn't constant i guess . Also would going to a Chinese massage spa could they do something for this problem HELP
