As you haven&#39t provided any particulars about the case whatsoever I cannot offer much in the way of help. I&#39m assuming this is a child and I&#39m assuming the major issues are fever, pain, and/or sore throat. In which case bloodletting erjian is usually the best option, perhaps bloodletting LU 11 or needling LU 10 for the throat and then some local points for pain.
