Are you asking about benign cysts? First, you would want to be sure you are not dealing with cancer and that will require western medical analysis in most circumstances.

As far as treatment, assuming benign cysts, these would very likely be too entirely unrelated issues. The breast cysts often arise from what we call liver qi stagnation in Chinese Medicine terms (in western terms it would be related to digestive issues, leading to inflammation coupled with hormonal imbalances in most cases). The hands, are likely tight local musculature and/or other internal imbalances which would need to be properly diagnosed by a Chinese Medicine practitioner before proper treatment could be recommended.
