The main point to figure out first is what you think the itching is from and then what the diagnosis is in Chinese Medicine terms. With that information you can properly devise a treatment.

In most cases you would be clearing “wind-heat” or “heat in the blood” from a Chinese Medicine perspective - although there are cases of itching from deficiency as well so proper diagnosis is key. For the wind-heat/blood related - some of the more important points would be LI 11 - as discussed in this article, potentially LU 5 or LU 7 or both (LU 5 and LI 11 among other information is on our skin rash treatment page), UB 40 is often very useful as is the huatuo at T7.
