What is the principle behind not taking Jin Gu Die Da for long?
Is it not possible to move and build at the same time?
Thank you

With Jin Gu Di Da Wan and many other blood moving formulas there are multiple cautions against long-term use to the patient. The primary risk, particularly in western culture, is damaging the yin with too many warming and moving herbs. While there are aspects to well crafted formulas like this that are building and in certain amounts they are quite safe when used for the appropriate purposes, the patient over time will no longer benefit from the blood moving aspects of the formula.
