Hai, my brother27 years old having malabsorption for the past few months, he have no desire to eat, because he haven’t fell the hungry, he have constipation also. I tried him with some acupuncture points like st36, sp6, ren 12, sp 15, sp3, k3. But still now there is no changes in his digestive level pls help him. I am enclosed his tongue picture also for your diagnosis

I couldn’t see the tongue, that would be helpful. Does he have any other symptoms, pain?, nightsweats?, insomnia?, palpitations? - anything other than the digestive issues? And what happened when this started - did this follow an illness of some kind, or is there no known cause?
