What is your diagnosis for the person in Chinese Medicine terms? What approaches have you tried? If you don’t understand Chinese Medicine diagnosis (i.e. “treating the cause vs. the symptoms”) you should refer your friend out to an experienced practitioner.

At 45 and diabetic, along with these other issues, he needs very comprehensive help.
