As you may (or may not) be aware there is no single protocol for any given western symptoms or diagnoses. Several of the symptoms you have listed are similar to the condition of what we call spleen qi deficiency. Clinically speaking many of the points that treat spleen qi deficiency will help the body to auto-regulate the bacteria. You might also consider dietary changes such as avoiding damp foods, including some naturally fermented foods, eating most cooked vs. raw, no sugar, etc.
