Hello i went to my acupuncturist 5 days ago and i feel, based on what you said in previous discussions, that i was overcorrected. the needles were large and he was forceful with them. Now I have a somewhat stiff neck and pressure in my head, like you mentioned in the discussion. Im asking you what I can do to relieve this pressure on my own short of returning for more acupuncture. But should I get another treatment to relieve the pressure? Will this pressure in my head eventually work its way out on its own? I’m not sure how to proceed. My original issue is nerve damage in my cervical region. Please answer; based on your previous comments, you seem to definitely understand acupuncture and the body. Thank you desperately.
