I have been diagnosed with idiopathic primary pulmonary arterial hypertension. Symptoms are shortness of breath, abdominal water retention, liver size has increased. Could you please suggest a remedy for it in yinyang?

Unfortunately Chinese Medicine is not that simple - please read “treating the cause vs. the symptoms” for a general idea of how Chinese Medicine diagnosis works.
